 Well, talking about Real Estate again, it is pretty a long term investment remark.  We are given the choice to reside or invest.  The best thing I know of Real Estates.

There is a story about a man who never liked to invest at all.  He is always searching for a situation where money is just a daily matter and tries on the idea that the world will never change.  One day he retired from work and decided to live a modest life with his pension which was not much, which he thought was enough....


However, poverty started breaking in and he panicked, because pension is not an income.  It is just a survival sword. There were some savings, but what will happen if it finishes.  Is he going to plead with his family and children and friends? ? ?

Inflation is striking, the world economy is breaking even those with monthly income, are barely surviving with the blow.

How can a pensioner survive?  many others are surviving with multiple jobs...
